Welcome to the Library Blog!

I am very excited to have this tool to communicate with the faithful readers at Grace Bible Church! I hope you will take the time to leave a comment now and then, so I will know if anyone is reading this or not! I’m happy to hear your suggestions and ideas. If you would rather talk to me in person, I am usually in the library Sunday mornings during 2nd service until 12:30.

On this Blog, you will find everything from current book reviews to information on upcoming library events. If you have children (or if you just enjoy fun music), you will be happy to know we now have a big selections of GO FISH CDs and DVDs!

Summer is here! If you have not visited our library, please come by and check it out! Summer is a time to explore some areas you might not have tackled before.

How about a biography? Of course we have great tales of famous Christians like Billy Graham, Hudson Taylor and James Elliot. But what do you know about Phil Vischer (the creator of Veggie Tales), Luci Swindoll (sister of Chuck Swindoll) or Bilquis Sheikh (a Muslim noble woman who became a Christian)?

What about you fiction readers? Everybody is reading Kingsbury, Thoene and Rivers. How about trying some different authors? Don Brown writes about Treason in The Navy Justice Series. Robert Vaughan writes about a B-17 bomber pilot in his series, A WWII Novel. If you like Civil War Fiction try reading The Wells Fargo Trail by Jim Walker.

For children we have some exciting series, including Sisters in Time (historical fiction), BloodHounds, Inc.(hilarious, action-filled mysteries) and The Men and Women of the Bible series (Esther, Paul, Daniel etc...) Plus, many, many more!
