Facility Usage
Groups are welcome to use the facility at Grace Bible Church. Below are some general guidelines. If you are interested in using one or both of the buildings, please complete the facility usage application form below. If you need any technical support for sound, video, lighting or computers you will also need to complete that form. Please email with any questions.
General
The sanctuary seats 750 people, the gym seats 600 or 350 at tables.
Sound/Lighting Technicians
All events must use trained church sound and lighting technicians.
Custodian
The custodian performs the final clean-up and lock-up of the facilities. The custodian will unlock and remain on site for consultation.
Music
An organist and/or pianist may be secured through the church. All outside accompanists and music must be approved by the Pastor of Worship Arts or the Tech Ministry Supervisor.
Kitchen
Kitchen usage must include the paid Kitchen Coordinator, to be provided by the church. The Kitchen Coordinator’s duties are to answer questions and provide instructions regarding usage of the kitchen. She is not responsible for set-up, washing dishes, or clean-up. The user is responsible for all of the above under the guidance of the paid Kitchen Coordinator.
Restrictions
There is to be no smoking, alcoholic beverages, or dancing on any of the church premises. Also, no red colored punch is allowed anywhere in the buildings. It is the user’s responsibility to see that this is strictly enforced. Nothing is to be pinned or taped to furniture or walls.
Insurance
User is to provide church with a certificate of insurance with Grace Bible Church named as additional insured.
Fees
There are fees associated with the use of the building. Once you complete the application, you will be contacted by the Facilities Coordinator, who will discuss the fees with you at that time.
Note: Any group or practices which are inconsistent with Grace Bible Church may not use the facility.
