The Personnel Team is comprised of selected members based on expertise, experience and training/education. This team deals with staff human resource issues and makes recommendations to the Elder Board for approval.
• Recommend salaries and benefits for budgeting purposes
• Provide support and consultation on personnel hiring and employment issues
• Develop and maintain the Employee Policy Manual
