New Construction Team

This team needs a lead person and is staffed by selected individuals based on experience and training. The team meets on an as-needed basis as determined by the lead and has duties which include, but are not limited to:
• Review requests for new construction or major modification, estimate cost and schedule impacts and recommend disposition to the Director of Ministry Operations (DMO).
• Obtain approval from the DMO to proceed on projects
• Form teams to perform the work or get bids from contractors
• Oversee the completion of the job to the satisfaction of the originator/client.
