Facility Services Team

The Facility Team meets face-to-face bi-monthly and communicates between meetings via email. Team members are selected, but other non-team volunteers are used to complete projects with oversight from a team member. Duties of the team include, but are not limited to:
• Review building maintenance and minor modification projects and form work teams to complete work or recommend outside contractors as needed.
• Review and develop proposals for upgrades to the present facilities; make recommendations for outside contractors as needed; i.e., minor building modifications only.
• Recommend long-term maintenance projects and assure they are properly scheduled & budgeted.
• Develop recommended solutions for long-term maintenance problems.
• Build teamwork by assisting one another at home.
• Members are encouraged to participate in local missions by working a sponsored project outside the church.
